Our nation was started by revolution. I hear people talk of revolution. I read how the Founding Fathers viewed revolution as a stance against oppression (and why they felt the people should remain armed). Then we hear about terrorists and most of the time armed revolutions are viewed in a bad light.
I'm curious where different people think the line is for justifiable revolt against their government. Is it ever justified? You can't change the Constitution, but the second was put in to protect Our self from a bad government. We have a duty to change it back to the Constitution.
But this country has been frenchified, so it may not happen. The revolution was started over Britain coming here and trying to physically take over the country. They wanted us to pay taxes to King George. We had no representation in Parliment.
The only thing that would truly start this type of war is if another country invaded (like RED DAWN)
But know one is really looking at the slow invasion from Mexico. The reason we are in a war against terrorism is because the government fears a revolution by the people. Governments always impose rules against the people whenever they fear an uprising. The French Government banned bare knuckle boxing after the French Revolution not because it is a brutal sport but because it allows the peasants to become bruisers and killers. The government wants to remove guns from individuals so they can not fight back against the totalitarian regime. Governments always use the cover of security to take away your freedoms, which is why they are trying to pulzarize us with fear through this phony war on terrorism. The government uses soldiers as pawns to help in their global dominance, the media goes along with the government and never questions the gov't motives, and the average person blindly salutes the flag regardless of how tyrannical his or her government is becoming. The founding fathers knew the dangers of tyranny, and the worst problem of them all is apathy. it is justifiable now, because this government has become The Great Beast that crushes all nations. this government must be put to death and a new government that is actually for the people, formed. vote for Freedom, vote for Chuck Baldwin of the Constitutional Party. a Revolution would do this country good. come on people, we gotta take the power back! The American Revolution was against a distant emperor, not a revolution against Government - many of the colonies had their own elected "governments." It was not a revolution in the model of ones like the French and Russian Revolutions, which is what you seem to be envisioning here.Another depression and it's on like Donkey Kong. Don't fck with my money!#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
