In the state of California, what would happen if i smoked marijuana one day before my last court appearance. I probably will get drug tested, and was just wondering if they could add extra charges if i did this.
Please don't mention anything about "you shouldn't be smoking anyway" because I will disregard it, either way.im not sure if you will be charged, but it will show up. it takes 2 months for weed to get out of your system. no joke.Are you going to be on probabtion or something, you need to be more specific. If you need to continue beign babysat by the judicial system than yes, you could have F*$#! some things up! Just wait till your not in trouble for whatever you did, to do what you like. That dub sack may cost you more than you think!! Have you ever heard of Marijuana annonymous? If you get in trouble youshould try to sign yourself up for that. It'll look like you're actually trying to quit your habit and hey maybe you actually will:)A better question would be: Would I give a **** about my court date after smoking pot?
Probable answer: no.if you dont want that answer then y are you asking it in the first place? thats a DUMB question!!!okay this is just wow... pathetic why not just wait til after your court date?
