Right to produce children.

It is believed that we all have been sent by God and we live life till we are allowed to live and when the tenure is over, He calls us back and we die. On the other hand the people in the science faculties have said that we may produce a child or we may not produce a child and some of the countries could stop production of children as per will of the parents or the will of the state. They say that only those parents should be allowed to produce children we are in a position to bring up their children in a suitable manner. Only those people should be allowed to give birth to children who are in a position to provide proper education and proper training to their children so that those children could be adjusted at proper work from where they should be in a position to bring proper earnings with which they could be able to run the family administration and should in no case be a burden on their parents, on the society around them and on the state.
In some countries the states are coming forward with legislations and therefore, the people of India should also think on these points and they should also pass a legislation through which they should stop those parents who are not in a position to give proper life to the children . Such parents have got no right to produce children because they are creating burden on the earth, on the society around them and then they are creating a burden on the state in which they live and they are enjoying their life because these children are no burden on them and these small children are deployed on different works and they are earning for their parents. Such parents are criminals, people who are committing sins and misconducts and the states are not identifying these people and are not awarding them punishment. That is the reason such countries are not going ahead with all their efforts and they are still lodged in those compartments which are called compartments for backward people.
Time has come when the state must come forward with legislations and only those parents be allowed to have children who are in a position to give due bringing up and proper education to their children and if they are not in a position to provide such facilities to their children then should be sterilized under the law or the state must come forward to take up all the responsibilities of such children. In most of the backward and developing countries the states are not in a solvent position and therefore, these states are not taking up any responsibility and these unwanted children are adding to the miseries of the people around them. Till the states can come with such legislations, they should take up all the responsibilities of these children and every child sent from the side of God should be given a happy welcome and he should be properly accommodated and brought up in a right manner and all his faculties be utilized for the welfare of people of the country. A child who has come on this world should not be allowed to suffer only because his parents are not in a position to bear his costs. And since we had been leaving all to the parents, we are creating all types of people who are committing crimes, sins and misconducts and because of these illegal activities, the whole nation is suffering law and order problems. So first of all the nations must concentrate on the children who are coming on this earth and they must arrange for proper settlement of those children.
